Balfour Standard Center Blades are specially designed for use with the Balfour Retractor Systems with Fixed Side Blades. This center blade comes in two different sizes to accommodate the type of incision that needs to be held open. The Balfour Abdominal Retractor is a self-retaining retractor used in laparotomy procedures or abdominal procedures where the abdomen needs to be held open for examination or evaluation, such as cesarean sections or bowel resection.
